By using this website or booking a service through Signature Solution Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Signature Solution Services provides mobile notary, loan document signing, apostille processing, estate planning document notarization, and online eNotary services facilitated through DocuSign Notary. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. A notary public's role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures — not to reviewing a document's legal content or advising on its meaning.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations

4. Identity Requirements
All signers must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of signing, whether in person or during an online eNotary session. We reserve the right to decline to notarize a document if identity cannot be verified or if we have reason to believe a signature is not being given knowingly and voluntarily.
5. Online eNotary (DocuSign Notary)
Online eNotary sessions are conducted via DocuSign Notary's platform and are subject to DocuSign's own Terms of Service in addition to these terms. Remote online notarization is recognized in most, but not all, U.S. states and may not be appropriate for every document type — confirm eligibility with us before booking if you are unsure.
6. Fees & Payment

7. Limitation of Liability
