A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and the unsigned document(s). Do not sign in advance — you must sign in front of the notary.
How do I request a notary?
Create a free account in the Client Portal and submit a request with your preferred date and service type. We'll confirm details by email.
Can I track the status of my request?
Yes — every request you submit appears in your Client Portal dashboard with a live status: Pending, Scheduled, In Progress, or Completed.
What if I have technical issues with the Client Portal?
Email us from the Contact page and our team will help troubleshoot or complete your request manually.
Is there a fee to create a portal account?
No. Creating an account and submitting requests is always free — you only pay for the notary service you book.
Is eNotary legally equivalent to in-person notarization?
